University, School of Medicine. Dr Fan’s clinical interests include the full spectrum of lacrimal
, eyelid, oculoplastics, orbital reconstructive surgeries due to disease or injury, as well as aesthetic surgeries.Dr Fan primary interest centers on translational research in integrating scientific discovery into clinical reality in terms of diagnostic and therapeutis approaches to oculoplastic, orbital diseases and ocular surface diseases.

Dr Audrey Looi obtained her Master of Medicine (Ophthalmology) from the
National University of Singapore and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh in 2003. From 2003 -2004, she trained under Professors Jack Rootman, Peter Dolman and Valerie White at the University of British Columbia in the areas of Orbit, Oculoplastics and Ophthalmic Pathology respectively.
Following her fellowship program, Dr Looi returned to Singapore and joined the Oculoplastic Service at the Singapore National Eye Centre. She is currently Consultant and Head of this Service. Dr Looi has held the role of APSOPRS treasurer since 2006. Incidentally, she is married to a
neurosurgeon and is mother to three lovely children."
