ARTICLE
XII -- AMENDMENTS
Section
1.
Amendments of the whole
or any part of this Constitution and By-Laws may
be made in any business meeting of the organization
but limited to only once in two (2) years.
Section 2.
Proposed amendments should be sent
to the members at least two (2) months before the
scheduled meeting.
Section 3.
Amendments shall take effect as
soon as approved by the association unless otherwise
specified in the amendment.
